Lovely clean rooms. Nice cosy bar and restaurant setting. The only negative comment would be the breakfast which was not of good quality and not much warm alternatives for a vegetarian.

Facilities are good, e.g.small pool for children’s clean and warm, restaurant well furnished. Less impressed with customer service, some staff great but equally a number unhelpful/ unfriendly / abrupt when compared to other local hotels.

Hello Nick,I am indeed sorry that you have had an allergic reaction on your arms.You were contacted by myself on the 26th November after we had done a full investigation which I was able to confirm that it was not bedbugs.I did on the call give you all the reason why it was not and as i said at the time there was none of the tell tale signs of bedbugs.As you state you had itching red arms these were the only symptoms and here were no bite marks.I also explained that we have had no other incidents with your symptoms either staying in the hotel or that bedroom. The location is good, however, the onsite parking is expensive and awkward to use. I requested a room away from road noise. Room 91 is on the 4th floor and exposed to traffic on the carriageway adjacent to the property. The room was well appointed. With ample heat, however flies were unsettling. The onclusive breakfast was poor. All staff were lovely - however it was a dissapointing stay.
