The rooms are dirty, there is no hand sanitizer, they wrote online that there is breakfast and they charge you, but they didn’t have it. The quality of the rooms is very low. The sounds of other rooms come into your room and you can’t sleep. . . . . . . . . . . . .

Good location.
No restaurant in the hotel. Reception was closed when we arrived (we were early, but worried about parking before we checked in).
Rooms were okay, but the furniture was a bit "tired".
Probably just about value for money considering a last minute booking in August at a decent location in Bournemouth.

I had 2 of my contractors stay here, they were bitten to death, the rooms were unclean, the hotel was noisy.
We will not stay here again

poor or non-existent service at reception; poor maintenance of walls, bathroom; no housekeeping in 3 days, even not emptying bins or renewing towels nor tea bags
