Room was very nicely decorated. Everything was clean other than the toilet. The shower pressure was weak. Other than that, I really can't fault this hotel. I would stay here again happily.

Only good thing is the location of the hotel ! Walking distance to the beach and town centre !

The room we initially had was on the smaller side considering how much we paid for the room and there were two adults and a toddler. It also was really hot with a broken AC unit. We tried to get through the first night but unfortunately all of us struggled to sleep. The next morning we spoke to the lady on the reception who was kind enough to offer us an alternative room on a higher level, the room was a lot more spacious and had a sea view. Besides the issues with the room, the hotel itself is lovely, perfectly located with super friendly staff and alternative leisure activities if you don’t fancy the sea side. Sita working at the bar was amazing with our three year old and the food was faultless. Would definitely book again.

We liked hotel collingwood, Bournemouth
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsLovely clean friendly hotel. Very near to the beach. 5 min walk. Welcoming bar, pool, games room and restaurant for meals/ snacks all day and early evening. Private Car parking at £10 daily. Room serviced daily. Do not come if you dont like dogs! Dogs are welcomed in some of the rooms and certain hotel areas.
