"This place is safe and clean. The old reviews must be from prior management. The carpets, tile and beds are new. My room was comfortable and there was nothing dodgy about it, it seems to be being run by a nice Indian family. The location is good, not far from the Cape Cod canal. The immediate buildings around it are closed and run down but there’s a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, cvs, restaurants, gas stations, restaurants and a liquor store in walking distance.
