will not use again...nobody on reception at 5pm...had to check in from outside on digital pad...room cleanliness ok...but blocked sink so had to wash hands in shower...no one there to sort out...totally unaceptable...will always use ace hotels across road...far better....lady at breakfast was helpful...shame she is neimg let down by management

Dear guest,As written on 2 meter panel at door, reception was 30m behind at B&B Bourges 1. We were here to welcome you.The sink have a push to open and push to close button. Wasn't blocked. Please know that even when reception is closed, you have 24 hours button call, it's here for you to use it when you need assistance or informations.Thanks for lady at breakfast, she appreciate your comments,Best regards,

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great idea to have mezzanine style family room for 4 but unfortunately unbearable temperature in upstairs part. We had to sleep on floor downstairs.

Place was hard to find as address not on Google maps or coming up on my sat nav . Only one guy on reception for the 2 hotels which could potentially be a bit time consuming . Otherwise very pleasant stay
