"Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "

"Very clean, with all amenities you may need, super-convenient to Santana Row and other shopping mall. Gas station around the corner. Safe parking. Only hitch: due to shared door with next apartment, you can follow conversations/loud TV if neighbors don't pay attention. However, we made it work and will return, if they have availability. "

Car towed! Ridiculous parking passes

"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "

"It started with one of the supervisor's named Priscilla Presley doing all she could to make sure I had what I needed. She was and is a very knowledgeable supervisor very considerate and kind. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my 3 day stay it was a very clean room it had a fridge and microwave. The room came with bars of soap and body wash as well as shampoo and conditioner . The T.V. Worked well and was easy to use. As well as the air conditioner and heater. I had a nice time and I’m planning on going back for another stay. Parking was very easy plenty of it."

"The beds were nice and the facilities nice enough as well. The area around the hotel was pretty good. Very clean. The place needs some updating though. Stains on the ceiling and carpets. Outdated wooden doors that don’t close easily. Stuck patio door. But overall we were happy. It’s not super high end, but it’s a very comfortable place to stay. "
