"Definitely needs more people doing cleaning the details are missing and one can see they need hire more cleaning people to give more attention to bathrooms and all surfaces we only came across one maid not enough for the entire floor"

Very basic, lacking items like cups
"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."
