Upon checking staff was not helpful, I did put in remarks that i need a baby cot and it was not given . I have arrived midnight and the staff actually gave me a lecture on how to book the baby cot. I though keying in the remark is clear enough as a request, At the counter i have ask if there is a baby cot he just said yes, Enter room there was no cot, call reception using my mobile hp as room phone was not working the male staff gave me a long lecture about how to book a baby cot, I was pissed off at that time as it was late and my baby was cranky, STAFF NOT HAS NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL..
Upon check out, I stand infront of the lady for 5 minutes watching her play with her handphone tik tok she didnt even know i was infront of her,
Location is good and facilities is good, BUT STAFF ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO BE IN THE SERVING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE,
Note if you leave ur key in the room, Maintenance guy will have to open , ASKING FOR ANOTHER KEY FOR MY HUSBAND IS CHARGEABLE FOR RM50 AS DEPOSIT.
