Stayed one night. Convenient location and walkable to TD garden. The hotel has a Parking garage right next to it and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious issue: the presence of bed bugs in the room. In addition to this significant problem, the receptionist's response was both unhelpful and disrespectful. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and offering a solution, such as an alternative room, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
I had to check-out of the hotel without spending the night and look for an alternative arrangement!

The room was not it. The furniture is dated and dinged up, the bed is really hard and not comfortable at all. There is a mini fridge which was nice, but it never felt like it really got cold despite being on the coldest setting. There is also a window in our room that was supposed to open, but didn’t. The bathtub did not drain/would drain very slowly. Some of the shower water from the day prior would still be sitting in the tub the next day so that was kind of gross. The bathroom also looked like it may have been “updated” in the last 5-10 years, but the person who did the work did a very lazy job. There was caulking all over the marble and the walls, gaps between the sink and the wall, and the sliding bathroom door looked like it had only been halfway painted. The only saving grace is the location, but I’m sure there is another hotel with better amenities close by.
