Maybe too much "spray" in the rooms. Too perfumey. Otherwise, the front desk and service everywhere were amazing! The location was perfect for convention and lots of great restaurant and touring possibilities to walk to! Loved it!

The W is in Boston so walkable area with plenty of food and dining options. The hotel also has its own restaurant and entertainment in the evenings. The room itself though was smaller than expected, the decor was interesting, and the card scanner was broken as well as the stopper for the bathroom drain. It was clean but definitely not my favorite property in Boston.

We enjoyed our stay in Boston's Theater District. Our room at the W was okay but the restroom smelled of urine. It was a strong smell and you could smell it just walking by it. It was difficult using the shower. We didn't contact the front desk because the staff at the W kind of ignore us while we were there.
