The staff was great. Loved the hotel decor. Rooms were not great. Need improvement

Need hooks for towels. Need grab bar to get out of shower. Toilet too low. Room was not well dusted. Would stay again in spite of these issues.

I checked in late. The air conditioner didn’t work. The thermostat was useless. I woke up sweating and gasping. When I called the reception, they weren’t able to help as it was midnight. Waste of my money. I was too tired to even argue with them and just opened the window and slept.

Room smells horrible. No microwave no fridge terrible condition everything
