This beautiful inn was perfect for our overnight stay to visit Salem, MA! Free parking with easy $12 Lyft rides to/from Salem’s madhouse was awesome!!!!
The modernized rooms have comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, and quality TV.
One minor concern for us was the AC unit didn’t cool while we were out, but I notified the front desk and they immediately came into the room to find a solution (it was on a wrong setting).
The continental breakfast was unique with deviled eggs, homemade gingerbread loaf, fresh cut fruit salad, and boxed cereal. Coffee wasn’t exceptional, but the staff went out of their way to find out if their creamer offering was non-dairy (which it was!).
Great experience, great location, great staff!

Cozy bed and breakfast style with lots of Charm the staff is very helpful. If you are checking in after hours, make sure you let them know because no one will be in the office and they will leave the key in the mailbox for you.

Such a beautiful place that encompasses all one would expect about quintessential Massachusetts. Elegant crown molding, high ceilings, manicured grounds, peaceful serenity with no noise from the usual hotel chaos daring to charge twice as much for chain nonsense. The Landing restaurant was a favorite eatery right on the dock with fresh lobster and phenomenal drinks. Great walking area with shops and cafes and not far from Salem.
Airport traffic was insane at the hours I had to arrive and depart, but that's on planning. Rush hour and school traffic are what you want to work around. Delivery apps are familiar with the hotel as well if you want to order in. Can't wait to be back!

This was the perfect stay. Front desk attendant was super friendly, the property was quiet but located close to restaurants and shopping, clean, and well kept. I can’t say enough about Hotel Marblehead, I’ll be back for sure
