Overall good stay. Great area and amazing view. But had some slight communication issues with certain staff as well as we couldn’t get some item restocked even during our lengthy stay.

Loved the views for this place! Its close to everything. There is no parking so we just ubered and walked everywhere. It was nice and clean

Our 2 bedroom apartment had an excellent view and was clean and spacious, shower had great water pressure. Overall having an apartment for our family for the weekend was awesome. Nearby there is a food hall (Time Out Market), Star Market grocery, Target, Tatte bakery (and several other coffee shops and restaurants). The location is awesome. Negatives: Parking was a huge hassle and I would try to avoid having a car if you're staying here (do not use spot hero, just park in the lot where the Chipotle is a half block away, it's actually cheaper than what SpotHero quoted us for something further away that was uncovered). I can only imagine what a nightmare finding parking would be if there's a Red Sox game. The unit had a stale smell which 2 of the 4 of us were bothered by, the sheets were very plasticized, windows did not block the street noise, and check-in was stressful because they didn't send clear instructions and I couldn't find my confirmation email from months prior when I reserved and there is literally no bay to even temporarily park a car while you check in on the 11th floor and if you call them the person who answers is not in the U.S. and does not have a clue. This property is great for families, but do not bring a car.

The property was bright and clean. The manager was thorough and took time to answer questions. Amazingly quiet on a major downtown street. Walking distance to a large medical center

Great location
Posted 15 Oct 2024 on HotelsI'm glad I chose to stay at Sonder at Pierce Boston. It is near the MBTA's Fenway station on the green line so you can get around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and it was a pleasant walk to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.
I like the apartment amenities of a kitchen and washer/dryer. In the unit I was in, the washer/dryer was one machine that served both functions, as seen more commonly in Europe. It would have been nice to have a brief set of instructions on operating the various knobs and settings. I didn't use it, for fear that I wouldn't be able to figure out the dryer function and would be left with wet clothes.
When I arrived, I saw a coffee maker and tea bags on the kitchen counter but no mugs. I found them in the dishwasher which apparently had been run but not emptied.
I wasn't able to get the bedside lights to work, despite trying the switches alone and in combination with various wall outlets. I didn't contact the front desk to report the issue or learn the secret but instead worked under the other lighting options.
Other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay at Sonder at Pierce Boston and would stay there again if I ever make it back to Boston.

Very unstable table,you have to wait ages for hot water to come through and the loudest most creakiest mattress known to man these were the bad points but cleanliness was excellent very efficient apartment manager in an excellent position to explore Boston.
