The staff were remarkable and the breakfast offerings, if included with room, were great! Rooms are very nice.

When it first opened, I thought that the Intercontinental was up there in terms of high quality Boston hotels. Since then, they've probably aged a bit while many nicer options have sprung up. The hotel is still plenty nice, but a little sterile. Rooms can be a little noise. The bar area was so loud that we needed to leave it. Parking is very expensive and you have to pick up your own car. I can't imagine that we'll return anytime soon.
