bartender on duty 11/19 6pm was not customer focused and the bar was low or out of typical on hand brands. Automatic check out on 11/20 was not working leading to a few people standing at the unstaffed front desk for 15 minutes while other staff members walking around ignored us. I grabbed a walkie talkie off desk and asked for help. Attendant who responded was obviously inconvenienced and offered no apology. Went into restaurant same day at 8am and was walked from table to table 4 times before seated. proceeded to buffet and there were no eggs, no potatoes. Told a staff member and they did refill them. My first and last time ever to a Holiday Inn.

My kids loved the property. They loved the pool and the room. We don’t get to go away often. I work in healthcare and don’t get much time off. The staff was nice and friendly to my kids. Great location to Boston and easy to get to. We will definitely be back when we can.

Constructive feedback: our experience in the hotel was excellent and recommend this hotel. But it would be good to clean the stains of the side chair and also deep cleaning of shower grouts.

Both mornings I was awakened at 6am with an unwanted wake up call. I contacted the desk to ask them to discontinue any wake up calls and was told by Sean that the problem was fixed. However the very next morning I was awakened again by the intrusive call. This hotel has a very convenient shuttle service with very nice and courteous drivers. Wait staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive. This is a good place to stay…just watch out for wake up calls!

Toilet didn’t work. 4 people came and nothing was fixed.

Property was nice however it would've been noce to have something to eat after a 6 hr drive and the restaurant was not open in the afternoon.
