The manager Alejandro was absolutely horrible. We have a certified service animal and continued to charge us a fee. We proceeded to show him legal paperwork and he would not consider looking at it. Told us to leave and waved us off like we were nothing. He was very rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. He told us we are being put on the do not add list for all Hampton hotels. Manager’s like that should not be allowed to work at establishments owned by Hilton.

This is our go to place to stay when we visit our BU student. Love the free parking vs $100 in the city of Boston. Our kids love the breakfast and it’s a great place to stay.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was as most hotels. Something in the sheets or Liquid soap that causes my wife and I to itch all night for 3 nights. Or it was because it was too dry for us.

My stay would have been 5 stars however the water in the shower did not get very hot. That was the only issue. Other than that it was clean, staff were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay.
