We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is nice for getting to hubs of Boston without being in the thick of it.

One day the scrambled eggs were inedible, but two days later they fixed the problem. Linen service every other day- but I wish we had been told that on check-in. We had put towels in a pile for pick up rather than on racks for drying. Noise of room refrigerator was very annoying g. Otherwise and ok stay at a budget hotel

Rented 2 rooms for 3 days. Had no WifI and not hot water for 3 days. Also had an issue at checking where even though prepaid said we did not have room? Terrible. Should have been a refund!

Thank You for your review. We had no other complaints in the hotel regarding Hot Water but we will investigate this. The internet was out on the day you arrived due to a Town Wide power outage. The internet/wifi was fully restored on the 19th at 1130am and we have had working wifi for the duration of your stay since. The reservation also appears to be under a different name than the one you reviewed under which could be the cause for confusion at check in.
