I did not like how there wasn't an exit door closer to the parking lot, I had to walk in the pouring rain to get from my car to the front door.

The registration was quick and easy, staff welcoming. I called several times for information regarding the shuttle. Always friendly and polite.
Breakfast buffet excellent, including gluten free food!!

This is very convenient for us to stay overnight and leave our car, when flying out of Logan.

The room smelled like dirty socks. The pillows also had a foul smell. They need new carpet and update on this property. I would not recommend this hotel.

Every time I encountered staff they had an attitude. Even the cleaning lady in the dining room kept sighing like she was mad. When I asked about shuttle service I was met with a rushed response, when I asked for clarity I got the aggravated sigh again. The lotion bottle in my bathroom was empty, it's winter and normally I use lotion after I wash my hands because my skin gets dry. There were no options for beverages aside from the fountain and the bar. I was really disappointed because normally this hotel chain has exceptional service.
