I have stayed here several times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great.

Great value overall - we were in town for a Celtics game and getting to and from the city was very manageable.

I’ve stayed at other Fairfield Inns, but this one is by far the worst. The room had an unpleasant smell and wasn’t properly cleaned, the door didn’t lock automatically, the hallway appeared neglected, and the breakfast was terrible with many items unavailable. This hotel feels more like a Days Inn than a Fairfield Inn.

When we checked in to our room the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was trash on the floor and the mirrors were dirty. The shower door was also not cleaned and had product residue on it. We notified the front desk and they did apologize for the inconvenience, offered to have cleaning service stop by the following day. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Depending on the time of day, some were very kind and helpful and others were not. The common areas downstairs were well kept, and breakfast had many options. On our last day there they had a pipe burst so many rooms were without running water. Overall, we would likely not stay here again having more options available in Waltham.

We were unable to experience everything nice about the property , because our stay was very brief .
