Unlike every other courtyard, this one does not include breakfast. The menu is very limited (4 items) and extremely overpriced. We paid $80 for 4 bagels with eggs and bacon that were pre-cooked and microwaved) and two coffees. The sleeper sofa is twin-sized which I don’t believe was advertised & was (a full sized sleeper) the entire reason we booked a suite (traveling with two kids). And the room layout made no sense. The bedroom was huge but the living room was so small that it was hard for my kids to move around the room.

Beautiful building, hotel room excellent, front desk excellent -located in great area - in the center of everything, steps to the Pru. No complaints

Location is very good, next to Prudential center. A quick walk to Newbury St and lots of shopping and dining options.

A conference was in town so they jacked the price up to 3X a night plus a bout load of fees This place is a 3 star hotel and maid service is every other day
