Nice apartment
Posted 21 Apr 2018 on HotelsThe apartment is spacious, clean and convenient to the Common park. The reception is very helpful to arrange my suddenly early check-in. I would recommend to whom join the Boston marathon as it also closes to the finish line.

Posted 16 Apr 2018 on HotelsI picked this "hotel" because it was priced about $100 less than other at the time but now I regret going there. This is not a hotel - this is a corporate apartment with no hotel-like services.
Also be aware that the "hotel" charges $100 cleaning fee for each reservation. So the fee combined with taxes makes the whole reservation pointless. My mistake not to notice this during checkout from hotels.com.
If you do book here, make sure to call the number on the reservation prior to arrival to confirm the address and room number. I wasted 1 hour speaking to hotels.com, concierge, and trying to find the actual building & room at 11:30 pm in the night.

Hi, sorry you did find our apartment or amenities to your accommodation. Our company has been providing corporate housing in Boston for over ten years with nothing but positive feedback. We send all our guest a personal message with all the apartment information including building address, unit number and address, we have never had anyone who had problems checking in I'm sorry you did not see the message. All our fees are managed by our partners, we will reach out to them to look into any problems.
