First room was nasty and the sheets had not been changed. The room they moved us to was only marginally cleaner.

The restroom door would not close. Smelled like cigarettes smoke in the room and my sheets had cigarette burns. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel.

I was trying to buy a Coke and the machine didn't work the lady behind the desk opened it up and gave me the sota. Excellent service
