You get what you pay for, but the condition of the hotel and rooms are not as advertised.

I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told they were sold out and had no rooms. This was at just before midnight, I had to leave and was able to go next door and got a room.

My room was dirty. There was roaches, somebody elses key card, somebodys name wrote accross the top of the mirror and something sticky on the mirror. The walls were dirty, even the lamp shade was dirty. I didn't even take a shower because it was so dirty. The baseboards were dirty and coming off. It was terrible and i honestly dont know how they are still open.

Wont let me uploaded the pics or finish my review
Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsAwful place. Everything about this place has been falsely advertised and I have the pics to prove it. The hotel wouldn't give me even a partial refund. I was only asking for the 2nd night that I DIDN'T stay (because of the filth and roaches) not the 1st night that I actually stayed there. That's all I asked, which is not too much to ask for considering that we were locked out and couldn't get even check in when at the front desk when we arrived, even though the office is supposed to always be open. The key to our room would not work once we finally checked in, the sight of the room was enough to make us want to leave immediately but it was already passed 9:30 pm at night so we were going to tough it out. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke and chemicals hits you right in the face! And we of xourse, had booked the non smoking room.The lamp was on the table right in front of the TV so how were we supposed to see the TV with a big lamp and a microwave sitting right in front of it? (the only table in the room besides the bedside table) Also, the lamps didnt even work! The microwave chord was way to short to reach the plug-in where it sat so it was simply sitting there, unplugged. We had to move it to the sink area to be able to use it! Also, the beds only had 1vsheet each on them!! No quilt, no blanket, nothing. Luckily we had just stopped at a rest stop so we didn't have to use the bathroom so we didn't notice until the next morning that everything was wrong in there too!

If you want to live don’t book at this hotel!
Posted 12 Apr 2024 on HotelsWhen we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to open the office. The guy was sitting outside in his car on the phone! The MOTEL is nothing like the pictures! While walking to our room we saw a room with the glass shattered, two kids playing around the green filthy pool, a couple having relations curtains wide open and a guy asked us if we knew where the gas was? Omg the horror! We get to the room it’s mold all over the curtains! When you enter the room on the door some lady left her name and said she stopped by and the stink from the room smelled like a lot of illegal activity were going on. The beds had stains all over the sheets, the bed was on the floor propped up on a thin phone book, there were holes all over the walls as if someone was shooting a bee bee gun. I took pictures as my proof! This was horrible! We walked in and walked out! We couldn’t stay there I felt unsafe and it was so dirty. I was there for a funeral and this experience made my 9 hour travel time worse than what it already was! I’m reporting to corporate! I’m requesting a FULL REFUND!!!!!
