Our stay at the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City was overall enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. However, we encountered a few issues. The sink drained very slowly, forcing me to brush my teeth in the shower. The hairdryer didn’t work, and the wall plug was loose, posing a potential shock hazard. While the TV was a good size, there were no options for streaming services, as we could only watch the channels provided. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was limited to two devices, which could be problematic if you bring kids who want to game in the room while you’re at the tables.
On a positive note, the view from the room was lovely, and the food at the hotel was tasty, albeit a bit pricey—something we expected. Unfortunately, the enticing ice cream bar was closed for repairs when we were craving some, which was a bit of a letdown. The hotel is in the process of a makeover. Despite these inconveniences, we would consider staying here again.
