"Enjoyable stay in central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Minor negatives were white towels that smelled clean, but were discoloured and an odd smell from the bathroom - no window."

Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "Aldo and Claudia are excellent hosts. I missed their message about arrival time but they were gracious about us arriving without notification. Their home belongs to their family for many years and they renovated with modern convenience without compromising the character of the house. House is very clean and breakfast was generous and delicious. They also offered water, tea and coffee whenever we want( self service) Even though it is not in town, town is only 7 min away. Road is narrow...

"Beautiful seaside hotel, charming decor and staff. Walked to delicious restaurant for dinner and watched the sunset. The public beach across the street was clean and had chairs and umbrellas to rent if desired. My only issue is perhaps a personal preference which was the bed was too firm."
