I booked 2 nights. Checked out early. Never received a refund or receipt.

Well I had a hard time getting my cash deposit back but they gave it to me. Not because the room was not up to shape leaving... But because they couldn't find where the girl who checked me in put it after a week. So the lady who checked me out eventually gave it back to me, but she wasn't happy. And I don't blame her. She said the money would come from her pay! But I don't think the mistake was hers to pay for. But I did get the money back all in all. It was 200.00. Everything was clean. The staff was kind and courteous. Anytime we needed anything they were on top of it. Breakfast was good. No other complaints with this stay.

I am very sorry for the experience you encountered with your stay. I would like to apologize on behalf of our front desk she was very new and was just having trouble. The morning shift was not held responsible for the 200 dollars and was just a big misunderstanding. Thank you so much for all of your time and the compliments. We hope to see you again soon.

There was some people that was working and when they left they made sure that everybody knew they had to work because they slammed the doors several times
