Bad staff, no AC, and barely 2 star
Posted 10 Jul 2018 on HotelsNever book this dump. We checked into our room to find the AC did not work at all. The young lady at the front desk acted like she could care less and told us it might be an hour or more, perhaps tomorrow, for someone to fix it. This is in s place that is 85 degrees with 70% hummidity! When I asked to change rooms I was told none were available, but that is a complete like as the housekeeping staff were cleaning a ton that were vacant and they told me no issues getting moved. The issue here was the snotty young lady at the front desk as we might have stayed if they would have actually cared. Instead we left immediately and went to the hotel next door and were treated like kings. We are getting a refund via our credit card dispute services as this place was TERRIBLE.

Posted 5 Jun 2018 on HotelsWe were disappointed in our room on the first floor, having stayed on the third floor before. We spoke to the gentleman at the desk and shortly thereafter we were moved to a much nicer room on the second floor. The staff also made a light lunch of bread, cheese and wine for us since we had missed the regular lunch times. We love the area and the service is excellent.

a good choice in bordighera if the parigi is too pricey for you. right on the water, large rooms with balconies facing the sea. breakfast is very nice.

Le personnel est disponible, accueil satisfaisant
Ménage correct mais signe de vieillissement : «radiateur rouillé dans la salle de bains ! »
Petit déjeuner correct, mais même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre !
Parking minuscule et cher !
