Great Hotel with easy ski slope access.

Parking here was horrible. Very narrow and difficult for a car to get in and out of. Hotel is great condition but also staff are very friendly.

Clean property and comfy beds, food was ok , parking is hit and miss as they have none of thier own. It's 2 miles to Soldeu ski lift (not 1 minute as advertised) with little around the property.

I booked the place according to the information that has been provided thinking that they have parking available. The hotel staff said that they have parking but it is not available. What does it mean? I have no idea because they didn't really explain themselves. Other than that, service was not pleasant, staff was a little rude and did not give a nice feeling at all. Room was ok. Unfortunately, not clean at all! There was a poop stain at the toilet and the towel had some stains as well. Pretty dissatisfied, i did not expect a 5 stars hotel expirience but it was way too expensive for what it is and some things should not happen no metter what. I believe that cleaning is something that should not be compromised no metter what, and that even though the hotel is not with the best rooms or facilities(by the way the room. Is very tiny!) -the staff could be more professional and pleasant and definitely not as rude. Also- don't mention on hotels.com that you have an available parking when you clearly don't have... I will not recommend. Price was 100€ per night which is far than cheap . I would expect to pay way less for what it is.

Hemos pasado dos noches en este hotel,calidad precio excelente,se puede aparcar en la calle (de pago),es un hotel antiguo pero limpio y gente muy amable.

buona qualità prezzo ad eccezione della colazione

soggiorno ideale per chi non vuole spendere molto e poter sciare nella zona di Grandvalira. L'hotel si trova proprio all'uscita del tunnel e all'inizio della valle, buona location se si ha la macchina per spostarsi alle stazione sciistiche. Grau Roig solo a 3 minuti, Soldeu a 8 minuti e 12 El Tarter. L'hotel ha un parking su prenotazione ma la rampa per accedere è molto stretta quindi per esempio con la nostra Tesla non abbiamo parcheggiato. Fuori dall'hotel, in strada, sulle strisce blu si torva parcheggio gratuito. No minibar in camera. Nota negativa la colazione purtroppo di scarsa qualità i succhi ( industrali ), i formaggi e salumi.
