From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. " Quirky decoration throughout, confortable and clean. Staff were welcoming. Located in the city centre, so easy access by foot. There's no access by car due to barriers on the streets, so we had to use a local car park. At night, the area around the hotel didn't feel particularly welcoming due to homelessness, but this was a problem all around the city."

"Wonderful property. Very pleasant setting. Only 20 minutes from there center of Bordeaux. HOWEVER, do NOT try to drive to Bordeaux from this hotel. It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"
