First we were given a room on the 2nd ( usa 3rd) floor accessable by narow and very steep stairs, not elevator, which was not disclosed in property description. After ee refused that accimodation we were given a garden house, which was good option, as we had a lot of privacy. Ov course that cost more than standard room. During our 2nd night all property was without electricity whole night and that was very unusual experience. Blackout lasted whole night. We were not given any explanation or excuses. Location is 15 min walk to center of this beautiful city. After all i wouldn’t stay again at this property.

A True French Experience

Unique property with lots of character. It felt like a true French experience. Our room was on the lower level of the building which meant we had access to a small private patio and to the larger, public courtyard. We spoke with another guest who was staying in a private villa off the courtyard so there are a variety of rooms available.The convenience of the buffet breakfast made for an easy start to our day. We had a car and while parking is available it is about a 10 minute walk in a very narrow underground facility. The location of Villa Victor Louis made for easy access to restaurants, TBM stops, and shopping. The staff were very professional and personable.

It may be an old residential building remodeled to good appearance. Bed sheet not replaced. Difficult to use light switch. Shower head refusing to stay in working position. Breakfast is poorly served in quantity and quality. No onsite or nearby parking. 7 minutes to public parking.

The Hotel was very disappointing! Got put in the worst room, in the roof! Extremely Hot! No Shower! No parking on-site despite stating they did! House keeping didn’t lock our doors after they cleaned so that anyone could just walk in! Very deceiving from the pictures! And worst of all the manager declined our upgrade even though there was other rooms available and we booked as VIP. Expedia and this hotel have let us down and that needs to be rectified.

Indeed in the room you have selected, Superior, there is no shower but a bathtub !As you can read on Expedia but you have to read.-No parking: as you can read on Expedia no parking on site is mentioned we indeed have partnership with a nearby parking 7min walk.-VIP do not included systematically Very Impolite People, witch try by all means to have "goodies" by lying and trying to manipulated reception I have heard all your words and despair to rectify what you feel just.As he worst manager , I declare you my number 1 worst liar and guest.Sincerely yours,

This place is too old and awful for what they charge. Will not stay again. Bad bed. Bad shower. Too old and smelly.

Poor service - only allowed 4 devices to log on to Wi-Fi (in our case we only managed to get 2 phones and 1 ipad connected). We now live in a time where free Wi-Fi is widely available and yet this hotel is limiting guests’ usage. The room is very small and there is no lift. Location is not convenient as well.

Disappointing. The hotel wasn’t very clean and our room - the toilet floor in particular was dirty. We requested a re-clean but it didn’t happen. Too many stars and too high a price for what we received. Would not recommend.
