A clean, modem and spacious apartment in the university area of Bordeaux. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Parking easy and free. Lots of restaurants nearby. Direct team to city centre.

Check in was bad, as I arrived late and could not get in. I don't have a smartphone, so can't access www-addresses. The code could have been sent before by email. Finally, I got in only due to help of ther hotel guests. If I had arrived later, what then?

The room has never cleaned up during our 5 nights stay, even asked twice every other day. Noisy neighbors active too early in the mornings. No air conditioning.

L’aspiration extérieure pour le renouvellement d’air doit se trouver trop près du refoulement, de la hotte du restaurant….. Je ne conseillerais pas votre établissement.

Déçu par la vétusté de la salle de bain. Elle est grande mais pas une étagère pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Un ventilateur en guise de climatisation, en est en 2024, allo quoi ! Décoration sommaire. Bon rapport qualité/prix !

Le pommeau de douche n’avait aucune pression on ne pouvait pas se mettre debout dans la douche sinon il n’y avait pas d’eau, il y avait une alarme qui a résonné plusieurs fois dans la nuit on a eu du mal à dormir de plus il y a une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et nous n’avons pas put profiter du canapé car il était trop pencher et on pouvait pas le mettre en mode lit car il était bloqué mais le personnel est très à l’écoute et est très gentils

Bâtiment vieux, nécessite de rafraîchir toutes les chambres. Rideau de douche trop petit, ballon d’eau chaude pas pour 3 personnes, plus de la vaisselle. J’ai du doucher mes enfants à l’eau froide. Parking inaccessible car inondé. Seul point positif proximité des halles, du tramway et du parc Peixotto.
