Property was very nice and historical, staff was great and friendly. Good of location and safe, would stay here again

Excellent location, historic hotel with a great helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bordeaux.

Checking in is rough.
Posted 16 May 2024 on HotelsBe careful upon checking in. We showed up and waited outside for fifteen minutes before anyone came to the door and let us in. We were kinda freaking out not knowing what to do. Only one employee working so if they are checking someone else in or showing them to their room you are kinda left outside. Room was wonderful.

Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning building. We had a lovely grand room with a small balcony overlooking the avenue. Slightly quirky room with the bathroom open and behind the bed, but great size and decor. Only downside was having no tea/coffee facilities in the room as they are available on the landing.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is so very unique and charming, the staff was wonderful and the breakfasts were fantastic. I love the ancient qualities mixed with modern amenities. And the location is PERFECT. Merci beaucoup.
