Felt although it was good, it was overpriced and they tried to get extra out of you any way. Extra 15€ to wash dishes ?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you found our pricing too high.We would like to clarify that in our studio apartments, it is expected that guests take care of their own dishes. This is not a task included in our housekeeping service, which is why there is a 15 charge if guests prefer us to handle it. This additional fee helps us ensure high standards of hygiene and service quality for all our guests.We hope this clears up our policy, and we would be happy to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Centrally located near tram lines. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Beautiful cathedral nearby and charming courtyard at hotel.

Great staff! Smaller than expected. No elevator.
