Hemos tenido problemas a la hora de bañarnos en la piscina, pues cuando hemos ido la hemos encontrado cerrada fuera de servicio, por lo que es como si no hubiera piscina. "This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!"

"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. "Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each evening we dined here. Lots of relaxation areas available. A very relaxed, comfortable property. Look forward to the possibility of staying here again in the future."

"Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable."

Great Venue, Terrible service.

"Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"
