Location was great away from the bustling tourist crowd. Peaceful and green surroundings.
The only issue was the stormy weather in mid July.

It's a Org hotel, the room is a little bit dark. Don't forget to check the stuff of the room especially the towel and bedcover.

This is a private hotel off the beach with a decent pool. Very relaxing if you want to avoid the noise and busyness of the beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was ok but the wifi didn't work in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was terrible with very low water flow.

Comfortably cozy place... steep walk
Posted 16 Feb 2016 on HotelsOur stay was serenely comfortable, the staff are nice... if you are a nature lover and you want a cozy place with lots of trees and far from the crowd, then you may consider this hotel. However, since this is on a hilltop, then the climb may be hard for some. The beach is about 15 mins walk, so beachbums may be disappointed. But I will still give this hotel 4 because of the special way they treat the guests. They even gave us a good coffeetable book about Boracay, when we checked out... a pleasant surprise indeed!

Super amazing!
Posted 14 Oct 2015 on HotelsIt was just amazing! Flor greeted us very warmly with a welcome drink.
A owner gave us a gift book about Boracay! Thank you very much!
Because it was a slow season they provided a complimentary transfer to the port!
Thank you very much again! We felt very welcomed! and would definitely come back!

Central location with extremely courteous staff
Posted 6 Oct 2015 on WotifMy partner and I were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and traditional this resort felt. With Boracay being such a busy, cramped island, the Sun Villa was incredibly spacious. The room was was so beautifully decorated with wooden crafts, and the open gardens, restaurant, and reception radiated Filipino tropical calm.
We must admit that our quads received a workout from the hilltop location, but I would stay here again. Nevertheless, we were able to walk up to Station 3, over to Station 1, and back to the rooms quite easily.
The staff provide a delicious American Continental breakfast which is a break from the traditional meals, otherwise, I was more than satisfied with the Pork Tocino meal. Please do treat the staff kindly, as they will be more than happy to bend over backwards to fulfilll your every need! Even when you're wanting a wake-up call, breakfast and to check out at 5am!

Nice hotel, lovely staff
Posted 2 Sep 2015Hotel Staff were awesome (even making us breakfast and putting it in a takeaway box for our 5am departure), hotel is very secure. Location wise Bulabog beach is not suitable for swimming or sunbathing but white beach is, the market is good for eating but not shopping. The only bad thing about this hotel is the shower which was pretty pathetic.
