This property does not even have an access for a vehicle, you have to cary your luggage on your back, because there is not even a paved area to wheel you luggage on. Then i had aroom on the 4th floor with no elevators. your bac

The hotel is located in a quiet place with paved blocks as walkway. The hotel is just less than three minutes' walk to the beach.This was what we decided on when we built the hotel, as it offers peaceful surroundings, without the noise and busyness of the main road. We are a minute's walk away from a road, behind the church. We are a boutique hotel with four floors, with the top floor offering a better perspective with a more modern look.The guest's luggage was brought up and down by our staff. The guest was also offered to transfer to a lower floor room, but refused.We pride that our hotel had become a good home, while in Boracay, for most of our guests over the years.Sincerely,One Crescent Place

The hotel is nice and clean the staff are friendly and attentive .The area is nice and quiet and walkable to the beach ..

Bed bug first night. No hot water too for three days. Photos shown on the website and here are untrue. Not clean too. Do not recommend. I had to move to another hotel. This hotel does not grant a refund of the rest of three nights for their wrong doings.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
First, our hotel staffs were trained to check rooms thoroughly. Before you checked in, they made sure that rooms are clean and free from any insect. You arrived at the hotel late at night, might be the reason for you to have insect bites while traveling to hotel.
Second, you have been quiet about the water heater during your stay. Should you inform our hotel staff about it, they will immediately fix/reset the water heater.
Third, all of our photos in website are true and were taken by our hotel staff.
Lastly, you have booked a room with promo given. It has a non-refundable and no cancellation allowed policy unless due to force majeure. We, the management, strictly follows company policy.

Clean comfortable room with very helpful & friendly staff. Short walk to beach. Only downside was the constant construction noise from nearby building.
