Boracay Island is very nice and beautiful. However, the problem is the hotel service and very pricey! The room is only for 2 people and I need to pay additional 1904php for the next person, per head per night. No visitors allowed in the room neither leftover foods! My friends need to book to another hotel since they don't have anymore rooms available. The front desk told me that my visitors can stay in the lobby while waiting for us but the staff won't let them and let them stay outside. They are disrespectful to the guest's visitors! The staff did not let my aunt to come eat to breakfast buffet until they charge 699php just to realized that they miscalculated, they did not even ask nor confirm to us the situation. Upon checking out, they were delaying us and been telling us that it was under investigation and checking the CCTV. I asked them to show us the video but they won't let us and just making excuses. After waiting and holding us for almost 2 hours, we told them that we will not pay until they show us that we were wrong but ended up letting us go. Horrible experience with staff, as if they were not trained to handle such situation. They just assume and been giving warning with additional payment and more money! I asked to refill the conditioner in the bathroom and plastic just to come to me with 1 piece of each, she came back and gave me shampoo and needs to come back again. Why not just ask and confirm first instead of going back and forth?!
