We had an excellent experience. The only thing I would suggest is to have more Filipino dishes on their breakfast menu — garlic fried rice, tapsilog, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Boracay was one of the best decisions we made for our family vacation. The exceptional service started from check-in, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. Every member was kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. A big thank you to Manager Dennis, whose kindness and willingness to help out with our requests were remarkable. He truly cares about his guests and it shows. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with top-notch service! Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication!

The best asset at this hotel are the staff. They were kind, engaging, and would go out of their way to assist you and see to your safety and satisfaction - this was despite the aftermath of typhoon Carina! Boracay is a costly place to live in and so we hope this lovely staff are well seen to, to be able to deliver the great service they’re providing. It’s the staff that makes the place and the experience - and they’ve got a great bunch here! The resort is in a quiet location (which is why we chose this place) quite a distance from the main hub (D’Mall) but is walkable (20ish minutes) via the beach if not high tide. Otherwise, there is hotel shuttle running at designated times, or trikes at 150pesos at a time. Restaurant menu is good, and so is the bar menu and service. They make great cocktails and the happy hour is worth going for! We had a slow drainage in the shower which was swiftly addressed (albeit not fully rectified) We were offered to change rooms but we chose not to. It wasnt a deal breaker overall and we were too comfortable to move! A few missing tiles on the main pool (by the far end) would need addressing but should not deter from the overall experience. Thank you to Dennis and team - you guys have been fantastic!
