The hotel it self is good but the location is not convenient

Staff are nice and friendly! Super accommodating so for that I’d come back for the staff. The rooms are nice but the issue is the water pressure from the showers are weak, frequent power outages, and the whole time we were there, the elevators were shut down. The staff was helpful with bringing down luggage’s from rhe 4th floor but super inconvenient. The pool also need some cleaning and it had so much chlorine that our eyes stung while swimming.

I had an excellent stay at Ferra. The staff were amiable and attentive, the food was delicious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel’s location was ideal, making it convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The pictures are lot nicer than the actual hotel conditions. Would not stay there again.
