The cleanliness is very bad.
The location is very good.

The only concern I had was they never responded about their airport shuttle service... Everything was great at the hotel...

Ideal family hotel.
Posted 9 Jan 2020 on HotelsLocation is ideal, a short walk to the beach and the Mall. Our room is big enough but definitely needs an update. The bathroom especially. We loved the swimming pool though as not all hotels in Boracay has a huge pool like this one for the price at BHR.

Posted 3 Jan 2020 on HotelsStaff are friendly nut they need to know more about, perhaps some in-house orientation about the tourism industry, Boracay so they can provide some insights on where to go and how to go about things.
Rooms are decent. Water is strong, No internet though as a result of the recent typhoon.
Breakfast was satisfying.
The road towards the beach near the hotel is not nice and dirty. Perhaps because of the typhoon?
