The staff was very rude and had a lot of hidden charges. My wife got make up on a towel and they charged me for the towel. I’ve traveled all over the world and never been charged for a dirty towel.

Dear Sir Eric, thank you for sharing your Altabriza experience, we are saddened hearing that you encountered such inconvenience, kindly accept our sincere apology for that. Also, just a gentle reminder that a copy of hotel policy will be given upon arrival and will discussed properly by our front office associate that a certain fee will be charged for any damages and or stains in linens or towels as it will no longer by in good quality for us to offer. We also inform guests that smoking inside the room is not allowed and certain fee will be collected for violation for room treatment since rooms will be closed for certain days. Again, our sincere apology for the inconvenience you encountered and we would like to assure that charges of violation fees are not hidden. Thank you so much Eric for the feedbacks.

It was a bit of a walk to beach but manageable
