Best view in Boracay

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is up a hill out of town, but there is a free shuttle which runs all day till midnight. The fabulous infinity pool overlooks a panoramic view of the island down to the sea. Breakfast is mainly Filipino and Chinese, but there are some waffles and nice cakes. You can request eggs and bacon also.

Location and shuttle service. Drivers and staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

This Hotel is a disaster

So far the worst Hotel ever. Problems everywhere you go, they will overcharge you, they don’t care about anything just how to get more money out of you. There reception is a pure disaster, staff confused, they reply on everything “yes siir”. They have hide all prices, if you find some price on the menu, the price is wrong. If you complain, you have wrong prices, they will tell you “yes sir”. They wil treat you like a robber during check out process, checking you multiple times if you had paid by security inspection. Every day some negative surprise. This hotel needs to change management, it’s one big disappointment
