Rooms are so small the bed was very in comfy had to be moved to another room the smell of sewerage was unbearable and the radiators wouldn’t come and it was absolutely Baltic we left a day early

We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of the city and this was definitely within five minutes walk. Car parking was secure and not as expensive as other places which is a bonus. The room was clean and modern and very warm but opening the window resolved this. The pillows were a bit flat and hard but the bed was comfy. Great breakfast variety. The hotel was small and friendly which was really nice.

I loved this little hotel. The staff were all lovely, especially the breakfast crew. Everyone was so welcoming.
My room was clean and cozy. The steps were a bit of a challenge for me; I was on the top floor.
Everything else, I couldn't have hoped for more.

Great location near the Minster and a good selection of eateries. Staff could not have been more helpful. We also really appreciated the quiet! The breakfast options were great, and although this might not have been a 'luxury' hotel it had everything we wanted at a reasonabke price.
