Front desk associate was wonderful. The pool was cold, very cold. Also the tiles in that building are extremely slick. I almost fell in the pool area as well as my mother. I did fall in the breakfast area from slick tiles as well. Perhaps something to look into.

It was nice and clean. I love how every room has kitchen. I would stay here again.

This is a real nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Not fancy but well kept, clean and offered a breakfast to start the day. Rooms are comfortable with nice amenities.

Arrived at hotel at 3:50 for check in. Told by rude staff that check in was at 4 and to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes. Then at 4 she suddenly had a list of the rooms that were ready and those waiting in lobby then lined up to check in. I realize the hotel check in time is at 4, but it was odd that suddently at 4 she knew the available rooms. The staff member on duty during the night shift was polite and helpful. Due to rude staff member at check in I would not stay here again.

Thank you for the detailed feedback on your stay. To expound on your comment, Normal Check Out Time is 12PM. Normal Check-In Time is 4 PM. Rooms have to be cleaned after people check out before new guests can check in. To ensure we would have the Maximum Availability of rooms available for Everyone to be accommodated, we held Everyone's check in until 4PM, regardless of status or request, to make it fair for Everyone. You were checked in at 401 PM. Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

The rooms were much more spacious than I expected. The were very clean, pet-friendly and the staff was very helpful. I left a few items in a drawer and called to see if they had been found. They had and are in the process of getting them back to me. We will definitely stay here again.
