"I stay at Country Inn quite often because the staff, location and cleanliness. What bothers me, checkout is at noon but the room keys no longer works at 9am. This is the only hotel I've stayed where the keys no longer works before checkout. This needs to be addressed because check-in is 3pm and checkout is noon."

"Evening guy Eric was amazing. We had a problem with our room that Eric went over & above to fix. We heard him on the phone with another difficult situation with an irate call & he was kind, courteous & calm for the entire time. We had a problem with the handicap lift at the pool, & he helped with that, too. It is so rare today to encounter such superb customer service & professionalism. "
