I stayed here for two nights while cycling around watching England at the Euros.
It is a very convenient hostel in Bonn’s old city centre. The staff are excellent: they even helped with some bike repairs and lent me some tools. There is also a good kitchen and common area.

I basically requested a double room as that was available at the time but, I was down graded to a single twin bedded room because I was single. The room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The host was very rude and gave me a hard time when I wanted a coffee as she saw that I bought some food to have later but I had to go outside nonetheless. I was not trusted even though I said I'm eating the food later. You are treated like a school kid. Too many rules to the point that you do not feel welcomed. No breakfast available even though I was preparded to pay. You also get fined if you do not use their linen. Will never go back there again.
