Nice hotel, but far from the centre.

Pros: The rooms are very charming and clean. The rooms are unique and not like every other hotel you've stayed in.
Cons: Organizing of guest services could be improved.
Location: It's about 20-30 minutes to the centre of Bonn, but the tram service runs very frequently. No nearby supermarkets, one or two lunch cafes.
Very nice rooms, very clean. But the hotel is fairly far from the centre of town, and the tram is a 10-15 minute walk. It is somewhat disorganized, they didn't return my jacket when I had it pressed, and they didn't have a record of my reservation when I arrived.

The nearest tram stop (line 62) is 2 minutes walking distance and the journey time to the city-center of Bonn is less than 10 minutes.

Wir fanden das alles schon sehr schön, allerdings hat uns an manchen Ecken so ein bisschen die Liebe gefehlt. Kann aber auch sein, dass wie überall Personal fehlt und man sich auf das Hauptsächliche konzentrieren muss.
