Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean. Huge size of a bed but average comfort mattress.
We stayed for three nights and we recommend it

Close to the Train Station, about a 7 min walk. 4 min to Beethoven birth house. Location was great and easy walking distances to most sites and all the Christmas markets.

Woken up with banging and smashing and crashing was very disturbing and loud

Nice place and very nice stuff, 24 hours front disc
The layout of the bathroom is poorly organized, with the shower, toilet, and sink each placed in separate sections that feel awkward and inconvenient. The separation of these three areas disrupts the flow and makes the space less functional and comfortable to use

Personal war sehr nett. Hotel hat eine gute Lage, sehr zentral.
Zimmer extrem hellhörig und die ganze Nacht lief ein Kompressor oder Ähnliches.
Woher die 4* kommen weiß ich nicht.

The hotel is old, dingy, depressing. The breakfast is horrible - coffee is brown water, food is unappetizing. There is no WiFi in the hotel rooms, so any business work, zoom, etc., is not possible. The neighboring restaurant, Meibach, used to be excellent and has completely fallen apart. Find another place to stay!

Clean hotel in the city center. Very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the train station.
