Positive:
1. Hotel and room was as described
2. Check-in was good, although it was done by A/V link
3. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable
Negative:
4. Bedside electricty (in room 218) had a short, so lamp couldn't work
5. TV signal was horrible (grainy/fuzzy), and it occurred in multiple rooms from my undestanding; cable company utility truck was there but nothing changed
6. I asked for receipt at checkout, and the response was "check your email later"; still none received.

Excellent service, clean, nice, quiet, close to grocery and convenience stores, friendly and helpful staff, its the second time that I stayed in this place, and I just love it, will come back soon!!!
