Great location, walkable to the historic centre but also accross the street from the metro.
Nice area with goog cafes around and very safe. Staff was great.

One of the worst. AC didn't work in one of the rooms and the staff couldn't do anything. The hotel controls temperatures remotely from their reception desk or whatever; the hotel keeps it very hot at night. There are abandoned buildings right in front of the hotel building with broken windows and doors (they don't show it in pics of course) Felt unsafe and remote from the city center.
Absolutely not recommend.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful. My friends and I had a great time and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Bea/front desk and both the dining room and bar staff. Will definitely return again

Hotel was very good. Great staff and breakfast. The surrounding area is a bit below average but we never felt unsafe. Two good restaurants across the road. Handy to Campanha railway station which was what we wanted
